I always thought as a human we all have same basic feelings and emotions. But the way we react to each situation is entirely different. Sometimes our mind and my heart both cannot go along for a similar situation and which results to a very serious confusion in Life. Many people face this in there life and they overcome it merely by balancing both. Recently I attended a 2hrs lecture session on stress management. And surprisingly I found that each person present in the room was somehow stressed including me. Though these stresses are part of life and can be overcome merely by giving time and understating thee priority at that point of time. Often we do few things in our life which we cherish throughout our life. At that point of time your mind and heart both are in same boat, complementing each other and looking for a single goal. That state of life is called as happiness. The second phase comes when your mind and heart doesn’t go along with each other. They simple contradict each other.
Have you ever noticed that if everything in your life is just normal still you mind is doing the thinking job? Yeah, many of us have noticed this because as eyes always see things, Nose always smell things, the same way mind always analyze things. The purpose of mind is to compare two situations with all its pros and cons and finally it’s always the heart who decides which paths to choose. If a constructive and positive path is chosen, the person is happy and has an aim to fulfill. Contradictory if the hear choose the wrong path the person instead f finding the solution ends up messing his own life. Mostly we spend time in diagnosis the particular situation/problem in our life instead of finding the solution to overcome it.
The only solution which I see is to get over the heart and mind when ever there is a negative situation. Sometime the things are not just mend for you. We should tamed our heart and ask our mind not to make any comparison in such cases and accept the situation in order to grow. We have to learn to choose between not every good and good situation. We have to ask every time that this situation goes along with me or not. You will immediately get the solution of your problem. You should practice this so that its becomes your habit.
